Goal

It is our #1 goal to ship products to you as quickly as possible. However, on occasion, customer order details need to be verified to ensure that payment, shipping, and product information is all correct before we ship it out, and this can cause delays in shipments.


If you have not yet received tracking information for your order yet, you will soon. Usually within a day or two!

It's not like we're not going to ship you the order you paid for, that's not how we operate.


However, if that time passes and you still have not received tracking, your order may be experiencing one of these common delays:

  1. Billing and shipping address do not match

  2. Credit card information verification

  3. A product in your order is not available for expedited shipping

                    - these are instances of order verification and our verifications department will reach out to you.

       4. A brief delay in the warehouse - due to local weather conditions in most cases.



If the first 3 common delays above are not applicable to your order, number 4 is the likely answer. Please read below.

    - When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation - not tracking information.

    - Your tracking information will be sent to you automatically via email 1-2 days from your purchase, when it ships out to you.


If you have tracking on your order, but still haven't received it, it is likely that it is still in transit. Our regular transit time for FedEx ground is between 1-4 business days for the continental US. USPS can vary but is regularly 1-5 business days. 


If there is already movement in the label, the best contact for any additional details will be the courier.  We can certainly help, but are only shown the same information that is provided to you by the courier. 


If you are experiencing any issues after the package has left our warehouse, please contact the respective courier of your shipment.  The contacts are as follows:
