  To cancel an order with us, the best way to do it is by email or phone.

Situations where we cannot cancel your order & things to remember:

  1. We cannot cancel your order once it has tracking applied to it.
            Your product is on it's way to you.
  2. The best time to cancel an order is as soon as you order it. The sooner the better.
            There is a good chance your order will be shipped within 24 hours of you clicking the buy button.
  3. We cannot cancel an order labeled "Special Order. Ships at Later Date."
            When you place a Special Order - we are contacting the manufacturer of that specific product to have your item shipped to you, or to us then you.
  4. We cannot cancel orders placed on the weekend because we are closed on the weekends.
            If you would like an order you placed on the weekend canceled - message into ( specify later )
  5. If the order has already passed over to our warehouse for fulfillment (Printed) and you want to cancel - this takes a request from a customer service agent and is more difficult to cancel. There is still a chance this could ship - depending upon when you send the cancellation request.

When you CAN Cancel an Order

If you placed the order after 5 pm - you must report the cancellation to us by 10 am the following day, to have the best chances of it being canceled.

For Example | If you make an order at 9 PM and then at 10 PM you want to cancel it, there won't be someone working who can cancel it for you until 9 am the following day. Your order is likely to be shipped by 1 pm the following day, so do your best to get that email in as soon as possible.


If you choose to cancel by email - make the subject of the email clear and apparent, then use the description of the email to explain why. For example.

Cancel Order [Order ID]

D e s c r i p t i o n   

Please cancel order [8 digit order ID], I did not mean to order this, it is the wrong speaker set for my car.


Specify whether you want a refund or you want to change your order. By specifying that you want to change your order, this gives you another opportunity to consult our Sales Team to make sure you are getting the right product for your needs - at the best price.

* Be sure to include any other relevant our agents can use to find your order - such as the email you used to make the order and the Order ID.

When your order is successfully canceled, the customer service agent that canceled your order will send you confirmation that it is done.

   W h e n  you will get your refund: 

After a successful cancellation, the only thing left to do is refund you your money.

In every case, (unless specified by the buyer) your refund will be issued to you in the same manner in which you placed the order.

So, if paid for it with PayPal - it will be refunded to PayPal. The same applies to Credit Cards and Amazon Payments.

Refunds to credit cards will generally take anywhere from 3-5 days to fully complete, depending on your financial institution. While PayPal refunds generally transfer instantly.
